Director of Repositories

French optical leader.

You will manage the product, price, supplier and OCS repositories as well as the third-party databases necessary for the operation of the ERP. You will manage the distribution of catalogs from suppliers or internal services and ensure the distribution of commercial data from retailers. You will be the guarantor of the quality of the data used by the computer systems of the stores and the Centrale. You will manage projects in your area and organize their successful operational implementation. You will manage, train and develop your team's skills. You will be a member of the Management Committee and an actor in the company's progress plan.

The purposes of the position will be as follows:

• Set up a single repository of commercial data (products, purchase prices, sales, customers, suppliers and third parties),
• Manage and coordinate the development, publication and maintenance of catalogs, sales assistants and OCS standards in accordance with deadlines,
• Guarantee the quality and reliability of the group's databases, catalogs and third-party data,
• Guarantee optimal collective efficiency by coordinating the actions of the group's various departments,
• Ensure that catalogs comply with professional standards,
• Propose and coordinate the evolution of reference management tools to contribute to the evolution of the group,
• Guarantee the smooth running of projects in your area,
• Increase the level of satisfaction of internal and external customers,
• Ensure the development of your employees (versatility, skills, autonomy...).

Occasional trips to Nanterre or to suppliers and partners will be considered. Teleworking/presence on site 3 days a week minimum.

You have graduated from a Bac + 5 level training in project management, management, IT...

You have at least 15 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years in a similar position that allowed you to manage projects and teams. You have a good knowledge of retail standards. You master the management of complex, high-volume data in an ERP. You know Google Suite/Pack Office (office use). You know how to use store management software, ERP and catalog management tools (SQL).

Your ability to lead and federate a network, to communicate orally as well as your analytical mind.
