Skillink once again rated 5 stars in the Les Echos 2023 ranking

For 6 years now, the magazine Les Echos partners with the Statista Survey Institute to establish the list of the best recruitment firms and portals in France. The ranking honors professionals in the sector in the two distinct recruitment categories of managers and specialists, and the recruitment of Executives.

The study, carried out in spring 2022, was conducted online directly on the lesechos.fr site, via the professional social network LinkedIn, and by email. To carry out its survey, the institute called on more than 7,000 stakeholders, including candidates, customers (HR departments or managers), consultants and professionals in the sector.

5 evaluation criteria:

• The quality of the services offered by the recruitment firm
• The quality of execution of the missions entrusted to the firm
• The quality of candidate selection
• Communication
• The quality-price ratio

Companies with an above average score qualify for the Awards, and The first 45 get the maximum score of 5 stars.

For the third year in a row, Skillink maintained the maximum score of 5/5 in the category “Recruiting managers and specialists”. More precisely, Skillink is one of the 4 recruitment agencies dedicated to the Tech universe that obtained 5 stars!

The firm enters the “Executive Search” category for the recruitment of senior leaders and highly qualified candidates.
