Responsabilités
Within the PMO team, your mission will be to define and implement the functional and non-functional testing strategy for the group's transformation projects. In this context, you will work in close collaboration with the business and the IT teams and will have to:
- Ensure the integration and involvement of the final actors early in the process to ensure their buy-in and participation,
- In particular, ensure the proper execution of the test strategy and support the business, in particular the local actors of subsidiaries in these activities, by producing the necessary reporting on the results obtained as well as the changes proposed to optimize the proper execution of tests in the required quality,
- Also provide method and rigor in the definition of recipe criteria. Finally, you will support the IT teams to interpret and qualify the faults and other dysfunctions detected in a functional sense.
In this context, in collaboration with the group and subsidiary business teams as well as the Group IT teams, your responsibilities will more particularly be to:
- Build the test strategy in coordination with the group's business teams and in subsidiaries, by identifying the most critical functionalities and elements in terms of business value and impact,
- Develop recipe books as soon as the expression of needs is finalized, by defining the main test cases and recipe criteria with business users,
- Propose the resources to be involved, define their roles and responsibilities, the means and powers necessary to be able to carry out the planned activities,
- Develop test plans with the various phases, share them with the actors concerned and formalize the entry and exit criteria for each of the functional test phases, in collaboration with business teams and IT teams,
- Prepare the test tools for the test phases for each project, by setting up the reporting elements for the business,
- Prepare and orchestrate the test phases, according to the defined test plan, by helping the business teams in carrying out the various test activities; also provide your support to the business in properly understanding the results obtained,
- Produce comprehensive reports on revenue activities both for the business and for technical teams (on the functional and non-functional scope), while adapting the level of granularity of the information,
- Help the business to identify and qualify the faults and other dysfunctions detected, in comparison with the initial expression of the need and to ensure a sufficient level of information for technical teams,
- Ensure the follow-up of blocking dysfunctions until they are resolved and that the tests are successfully re-run before giving the green light,
- Be a source of proposals to optimize the execution of tests and propose scenarios if necessary to make decisions (taking into account planning, quality and cost in particular),
- To be a key player in obtaining GoLive and to participate actively in the associated governance,
- After production, continue to monitor non-blocking malfunctions until they are resolved and delivered to production,
- Ensure the quality of the products delivered.
Profil recherché
You have a higher education in computer science at the BAC + 5 level, such as MIAGE, engineering or business school or equivalent.
You have at least 5 years of experience as a Test Manager who has allowed you to manage acceptance phases in the context of IT projects, preferably in a banking environment. You have a good understanding of banking products, processes and activities. Knowledge of the microfinance sector, especially in emerging countries, is a plus. You know how to develop a functional test strategy, manage functional test work, identify cross-cutting impacts, write recipe books and produce comprehensive reporting on recipe activities. A good knowledge of test techniques and associated tools is required.
Instructional and rigorous, your coordination, supervision and communication skills will be assets to succeed in this position.
Fluent English is essential (international project context).
