Responsabilités
Under the responsibility of the Digital Director and in collaboration with the Strategy Director, you will manage and ensure the implementation of the digital fundraising strategy and/or digital fundraising campaigns for a portfolio of client accounts (associations and/or foundations).
Your role will range from strategic thinking to campaign monitoring (acquisition/branding/collection campaigns, email sequences, social media operations, mini campaign sites, event operations with landing page, email cycle...).
Your missions in detail will be:
· participation in strategic thinking and in the framing of annual campaigns or strategies,
· planning and budget definition of campaigns and operations of trusted customers,
· management and coordination of internal and external resources (freelance creatives, freelancers, technical teams, media agencies, SEO experts, Google Analytics, etc.) ),
· responsible for the implementation of campaigns and their quality: web design and content monitoring, drafting of specifications, production monitoring, acceptance... ,
· management of media plans with media expert including RS: Facebook ads, Google ads (multi-levers),
· statistical analysis, study of the results of actions taken and recommendations for optimizations (Google Analytics/Matomo),
· customer relationship management including operational points with supported customers (prior preparation and participation in meetings, writing reports, summary notes, etc.).
You will be guaranteed that the budget and schedules are respected and therefore that the actions and tools are carried out correctly. In addition, you will ensure the administrative and financial follow-up of your files.

Profil recherché
You have a Bac+4/5 degree course.
You have a professional experience of at least 5 years in a similar role within a digital project management team (agency preferred). Thus, you justify:
· excellent skills in project management, management of complex digital campaigns and planning,
· concrete technical knowledge in HTML, data flow, SEA, SEO...,
· proven ability to interpret information and data analyzed via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and, where appropriate, other analysis platforms,
· real experience with email routing systems (including marketing automation) and Excel (or Spreadsheet) systems,
· excellent knowledge of the main promotion levers, including social media (including Meta) search engines (Google Ads/Bing...)...
In addition, knowledge of the non-profit sector and fundraising would be a plus for this position.
