Project manager — Solar energy

To support the strong growth of the company, your mission will be to develop innovations or products from start to finish. Your responsibilities will be to:

- Achieve the goals Product-Quality-Cost-Time-Customer Satisfaction,

- Lead the project team as a functional manager with an entrepreneurial mindset,

- Plan, execute and have all the activities necessary for the teams carried out on time to contribute to the success of the project,

- Identify risks and opportunities and build associated action plans with the managers of the various departments,

- Communicate regularly on the progress of the project in order to obtain the support of management,

- Guarantee a design-to-cost approach to product developments,

- Take into account all life cycles: design, manufacture, installation of lamp posts, recycling,

- Protect the interests and image of society.

You will be required to travel from time to time (France/abroad) to meet the field teams.

You ideally come from a higher education at the Bac+5 level in mechanical or electronic engineering.

You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the industrial sector including at least 2 years in project management with a specialization in mechanics, electronics, or even software. Knowledge in program management in particular in matrix organization, planning and risk management as well as in the development of industrial products in a quality process is required. You are familiar with Pack Office tools and ideally FMEA.

An R&D/development engineer profile with an appetite for functionality and the potential to manage projects while gaining height in her role as an expert would also make you an interesting candidate for the position.

Your results-oriented approach, your organization, and your ability to communicate and interpersonal relationships to bridge functions will be important to succeed in this role.
