Director BL Software Solutions — Digital Technologies

You will be a key player in the company specialized in traceability. Manager Leader, your mission will be to define and implement the marketing strategy for software offers, to control their development and sale, thus contributing to the success and growth of the company.

By joining the Management of the Software Solutions Business Line, you will lead a team of 30 to 40 people and will be attached to the Director of the Traceability Business Unit.

Your missions will revolve around:

1. Marketing strategy definition:

- Collaborate with product managers to develop innovative marketing strategies that position software offerings competitively in the market.

2. Development management:

- Supervise the complete life cycle of the development of software offers, from design to production, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards.

3. Sale of offers:

- Work closely with the sales department to effectively promote and sell software offerings created by meeting or exceeding sales goals.

4. Delivery and installation:

- Coordinate the dedicated team to ensure quality delivery, installation and training to customers, guaranteeing their satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Support and maintenance:

- Ensure level 3 of software maintenance.

6. P&L Management:

- Be responsible for the profitability of the Business Line Software Solutions by controlling costs and optimizing revenues to achieve financial goals.

7. Leadership and team management:

- Lead, motivate and develop the teams under his responsibility to achieve operational excellence.

8. Participation in CODIR:

- Be an active member of the Business Unit Management Committee, contributing to the overall strategy of the company and taking part in key decisions.

Possibility of teleworking up to 2 days per week.

You have a higher education at the Bac+5 level, such as an engineer (computer science, project management) or in marketing/commerce with a very strong interest in the software sector.

You have significant experience in a management position, preferably in a sector close to the ecosystem, which has allowed you to acquire proven expertise in developing a.NET environment and in managing software products. You have a solid understanding of the software market and an ability to identify emerging trends. You have advanced skills in financial management and P&L analysis.

Your excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills as well as your ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be assets to succeed in this position.

Fluency in professional English, both oral and written.
