Chief Scientific Officer (F/H) — MedTech

MedTech with international development offering a platform based on AI.

As Chief Scientific, you will work closely with the CEO and will be one of the key members of the CoDir. You will participate in the construction of the company's strategic vision, define the scientific roadmap and develop the associated team. A true bridge between the company's commercial objectives and its capacity for innovation in AI and data, you will play a major role in the growth of the company by ensuring the exploitability of data and the relevance of its uses. You will also carry out exploratory projects to innovate and expand the range of solutions.

Your role and responsibilities will be to:

- Structure and manage a team in order to meet the challenges of society,

- Make data intelligible and usable in the product (s),

- Align all of the team's projects with the company's business and research objectives, monitor their progress and guarantee their delivery,

- Collaborate with business teams in order to identify strategic development paths (in the medium and long term) using data and AI, to validate their commercial potential, to put them into production and to iterate on them,

- Represent the company externally, democratize its approach and make it accessible to all,

- Actively participate in the team's scientific monitoring and produce research articles.

You come from a major engineering school (ideally GroupA), potentially followed by a doctorate.

You have at least 10 years of experience in Data Science, ideally including work on generative AI, in start-ups/scale-ups and/or in renowned companies such as GAFAM and have been highly exposed to business challenges. You know how to conduct research (reading and writing research papers) but above all in a delivery logic, you have already worked on large-scale projects (ideally international), managed teams (if possible as a member of the CoDiR) and participated in the launch of one or more products successfully. Any experience in the medical field or any other regulated universe is an asset for the position. In any case, you must have the ability to communicate with doctors in a credible and constructive way to bring more value to the solutions developed by the company. You must have a real vision of medium/long-term technological developments and sense market trends.

Your scientific and managerial credibility allows you to establish yourself as a key point of interaction within the company.
