Chapter Lead
Rôle
The Chapter Lead is a leader within an organization using the chapter (or tribe) organization model popularized by Spotify. He is responsible for the management and development of a “tribe” or group of professionals who share similar skills (the “chapter”). The Chapter Lead role combines aspects of technical leadership, mentoring, and career management.
Missions
- Supervise and coach chapter members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their professional goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the chapter.
- Participate in the recruitment, development, and retention of chapter members.
- Work closely with other leaders to ensure strategic alignment and achievement of organization goals.
- Contribute to the definition and improvement of the chapter's work processes.
- Manage the performance and evaluations of chapter members.

The salary of a Chapter Lead can vary depending on the size of the company, the sector of activity, the experience of the professional and the geographical location. In general, the annual salary for a Chapter Lead can be between 70,000 and 150,000 euros.
