Onboarding
Définition
The Onboarding is the process of integrating new employees into a company. This process starts as soon as the job offer is accepted and generally continues for several months after the employee arrives. The goal of onboarding is to allow new hires to quickly acclimatize to their new work environment, understand the company culture, assimilate expectations about their role, and build relationships with colleagues. A good onboarding program includes training, welcome sessions, presentations on work tools, and personalized support from mentors or managers. Successful onboarding promotes productivity, reduces the stress of taking office, and contributes to better employee retention by providing them with a sense of belonging from the start.
