Your mission will be to manage recruitments for our clients from A to Z.

In particular, you will have to:

• set up and execute a sourcing strategy to identify target profiles and approach them directly.
• organize and conduct selection interviews with candidates.
• select the most relevant profiles to present them to customers, and support them throughout the recruitment process, until they are integrated.
• work on your consulting posture, both with candidates and customers.

Your integration will begin with adapted training in order to increase your skills in our methodology, our tools and of course the jobs we recruit.
