IS finance — Optics functional expert

A historic player in the optical market with more than 1,400 stores and €1 million in turnover, the group is committed to a transformation plan by 2028 with several major objectives: increase its number of stores, develop customer culture within the group and strengthen its expertise in audio.

You will participate in the expression and formalization of IS needs (creation of functionalities, modifications of existing functionalities,) of business users (store, central...). You will manage transversal improvement and development projects by providing advice and expertise in line with the company's IT strategy (urban planning, operation, etc.). You will be the guarantor of the proper execution of the developments and will manage the tests and the functional recipe. You will monitor the evolution of applications and their maintenance and will be the main contact person for businesses in the context of tool developments (communication, training). You will have to improve performance, contribute to the operation and participate in the management and evolution of the company's IS in order to be consistent with the orientations, operating methods and processes defined at the business level.

The purposes of the position will be as follows:

- Guarantee the implementation of IT projects taking into account quality, performance, costs and deadlines,

- Guarantee a quality of IS delivery to users,

- Guarantee the consistency of applications with business needs,

- Enlist all actors who may have diverging interests around a common solution,

- Support change and train users (opticians, audioprosthetists and internal collaborators),

- Increase the level of satisfaction of internal and external customers,

- Ensure the development of your employees (versatility, skills, autonomy...).

Occasional trips to Nanterre or to suppliers and partners will be considered.

You have graduated from a Bac +3/4 level training in computer science.

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position that has allowed you to understand various IS issues, in particular related to financial functions, and to manage projects. You are in a position to support and challenge various business users in the expression of their needs. You have already had the opportunity to carry out end-to-end application projects, in particular applications, and to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality.
