Responsabilités
You will participate in the definition of the digital strategy and will be responsible for its implementation within the group and other subsidiaries. You will therefore be responsible in particular for leading the group's change through digital transformation and managing projects aimed at achieving the expected changes in coordination with the various support and operational departments of the group and of guaranteeing the optimum functioning on a daily basis of systems and applications at the service of users.
As such, you will have to:
- Appropriate the master plan and develop the IS transformation roadmap in coordination with the executive committee, after collecting the needs and integrating technological developments,
- Define the target architecture of the information system and be the guarantor of the performance of this architecture over time, by building the transformation plan to achieve it,
- Manage IT IT transformation projects (“the build”), at all stages (framework, call for tenders, implementation, change management) by following a roadmap regularly shared with management, controlling the schedule, budget and quality of deliverables,
- Rebuild and restructure an IT organization at the service of the various entities of the group by instilling, in a spirit of collaboration and development, a real sense of customer service, in order to make internal customers (businesses) satisfied with the group's IT functions,
- Structure and manage the “run”, in particular support activities with users, in order to achieve maximum satisfaction,
- Guarantee the operationality of computer systems and applications and ensure the management of IT resources in a performance approach,
- Guarantee the security of information systems and the integrity of company and user data,
- Supervise and manage internal IT resources, IT ecosystem service providers and manage the company's other resources in project mode,
- Determine, evaluate and guarantee the budget necessary for the deployment of the IT policy while optimizing the cost and following the annual budget,
- Participate in transformation project committees,
- Ensure a permanent technological watch in order to be a source of proposals, collect needs and manage technological developments,
- Implement communication with users, mobilize them by showing pedagogy and lead change,
- Study the interest and feasibility of the group's new projects and digital tools, in particular by qualifying their ROI via their profitability and expected performances as well as their deployment conditions and ensure their internal promotion to the management committee and throughout the organization,
- Adhere to the values of the company and instill them within your team and with your internal/external contacts.
Profil recherché
You have a higher education in computer science at the BAC + 5 level, such as an engineering school or equivalent university.
You have a strong experience as the CIO of a SME/ETI with a strong operational activity (such as industry, supply chain, retail, etc.) or as an IT research director in a similar company of a slightly larger size. You have solid skills in managing IT projects (more in buy mode than in make mode) and in team management. You know how to build the IS architecture with a good understanding of business challenges and the transformation plan to achieve them.
You show strong leadership in order to involve your teams in the coming changes and other directions in new ways of working between businesses and IT. Your positive and inspiring management will make it possible to establish benevolence within the technical team and in the relationship with the profession.
