Head of Data – FinTech

Our client is a fast-growing FinTech linked to a major French banking group.

As Head of Data, your mission will consist of to be defined and to operationalize the company's Data vision.

You will supervise or lead a team composed of Product Owners, Data Engineers, Data Viz as well as Data Analysts and Data Scientists.

Your field of intervention will concern all aspects of Data: from data collection to data exposure through data enrichment and modeling. It will also concern all aspects of data exploitation, Business Intelligence as well as Data Science.

You will work closely with Data Architects to continuously evolve your environments and adopt best development practices on massively parallelized architectures.

You will be the guarantor of the Data roadmap and its delivery. You will lead data governance and will be in charge of applying the group's recommendations in terms of security, compliance or even data ethics.

You will guarantee the availability of tools and technologies to ensure the proper functioning, in project mode as well as in RUN of data solutions.

You will actively participate in the group's Data community.

Partial telework up to 10 days per month with 2 days of face-to-face time per week.

You ideally have a higher education at the BAC + 5 level, such as an engineering school or equivalent university.

You have at least a successful experience as a Head of Data or Chief Data Officer and have a good functional knowledge of the world of payments. You have a perfect command of Cloud architectures, mainly GCP and Azure. AWS is a plus. Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and associated rituals punctuate your daily life (mastery of the Safe Framework is a plus).

You have solid management and communication experience. Mastery of Data Viz or BI tools (PowerBI) is a plus. A thorough knowledge of Data Science would be highly appreciated as well as that of the Salesforce CRM solution.

Very good level of English reading, writing and speaking.
