As Business Developer, your main missions will include commercial prospecting, the qualification of incoming leads and negotiation until closing.

In more detail:

- You will identify acquisition sources and prospects relevant to Skillink across a very broad portfolio (startups, scale-ups, SMEs, ETI and major accounts).

- You will adopt a personalized approach to stand out among high-level contacts (C-Level).

- You will get qualified appointments that you will carry out in pairs with (Senior Manager) or Johann (CEO & Founder).

- You will benefit from solid training during your onboarding to understand our challenges, take ownership of the pitch and of course help you perform.

- As the first Business Developer at Skillink, you will also be a source of proposals for the implementation of innovative processes and tools in a context of growth.

- You are following a higher education at the Bac+4/5 level.

- Your listening skills and your sense of argument allow you to be impactful with your interlocutors.

- We are a French-speaking team, but if you want and have the skills, know that we are developing internationally: English is therefore a plus appreciated
