Business Analyst — Optics

A historic player in the optical market with more than 1,400 stores and €1 million in turnover, the group is committed to a transformation plan by 2028 with several major objectives: increase its number of stores, develop customer culture within the group and strengthen its expertise in audio.

You will analyze the data at your disposal to create clear KPIs that can be used by level 1 business users. You will comment on the KPI results to Level 2 users and highlight inconsistencies at the database level. You will provide business users with support in decision-making.

The purposes of the position will be as follows:

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of data used for analyses,

- Contribute to the monitoring of store performance, commercial actions, CRM campaigns and e-commerce sales by providing the necessary analyses,

- Participate in the reliability of the BDD by reporting anomalies or difficulties encountered.

Your main activities will revolve around the following axes:

Graduated from a Bac + 5 level training in project management, management, IT...

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, particularly with sales teams. You master the management of complex high-volume data in an ERP as well as the use of data visualization and business intelligence tools such as QlikView. You are comfortable with SQL and are able to structure and segment databases to bring value to businesses.

Tenacious, your ability to summarize and produce reports as well as your analytical mind will be assets.
