Venture Capital (VC)
Définition
Venture Capital (venture capital) is a form of private financing dedicated to startups and innovative companies with high growth potential. Venture capital funds invest in these companies in exchange for shares in the capital, usually at a stage where they are not yet listed on the stock exchange. In addition to funding, venture capitalists often bring strategic expertise and a network of contacts to accelerate business growth. Because of the high risk associated with these investments, VCs seek high returns, capitalizing on the potential for rapid expansion of the funded business.
