Performance Review
Définition
La Performance Review, or performance evaluation, is a formal process in which an employee is evaluated based on their job performance over a period of time. This assessment may include an analysis of the objectives achieved, the skills developed, the contribution within the team and the respect of the company's values. Performance Reviews are often conducted on an annual or semi-annual basis, and they can be accompanied by 360-degree feedback, involving colleagues, supervisors, and sometimes even customers. This process not only assesses the employee's contribution, but also helps to define future goals, identify training opportunities, and align expectations between employee and employer. Performance reviews play a key role in talent development, career management, and performance recognition within an organization.
