Culture Fit
Définition
The Culture Fit refers to the adequacy between the values, beliefs and behaviors of a candidate or employee with the existing corporate culture. When we talk about “culture fit,” it's about evaluating how well a person adheres to social norms, work ethics, and how the business operates. This is not limited to technical skills, but takes into account attitude, ability to work in a team, and alignment with the company's vision. A good cultural fit promotes integration, collaboration, and contributes to better talent retention. However, it is essential to ensure that the search for “culture fit” does not hinder diversity, by instead promoting an inclusive environment where different perspectives are accepted.
