Crowdfunding
Définition
The crowdfunding is a funding method that involves raising money from a large number of people, usually through an online platform, to support a project, business, or cause. There are several types of crowdfunding: donation (where contributors get nothing in return), reward (where contributors receive a product or service), equity crowdfunding (where contributors become shareholders), and lending (where contributors lend money in exchange for interest). This method is commonly used by start-ups, artists or entrepreneurs who need funds to start or develop a project, without using traditional financing methods such as banks or institutional investors. Crowdfunding makes it possible not only to raise funds, but also to validate the public's interest in a product or a project, while creating an engaged community around it.
