Angel Investors

Angel Investors are wealthy individuals who invest their own capital in startups or early stage businesses in exchange for equity participation or a share of future profits. Unlike venture capital funds, Angel Investors are often experienced entrepreneurs or executives who also offer advice and networks in addition to funding. Their investment generally takes place during the early stages of development, when businesses do not yet have access to traditional financing.
