Agile method
Définition
Agile is a project management methodology that promotes adaptability, continuous collaboration, and iterative development. Used primarily in software development, it focuses on flexibility and responsiveness to change, as opposed to more rigid traditional approaches such as the V-cycle or the Waterfall model. Agile is based on short cycles called “sprints”, during which functionalities are developed, tested and improved based on user feedback. The aim is to provide functional solutions quickly while remaining open to adjustments.
